How the association collects, uses and protects personal data.
This notice explains what personal data PSACWA collects when schools and officers use this website and the mobile app, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
We collect the details you give us when you register: your name, mobile number, email address and your school's details and documents. We use them to process membership applications, issue invoices and receipts, send notices and respond to your requests.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the officers who need it to process your application or request, and with our payment gateway to process payments.
Finance, application and audit records are kept for eight years. Session records are kept for 90 days.
You may ask to see or correct your data by contacting the association office.
