Delete your account and membership

Ask us to delete your school's account and end its PSACWA membership. You do not need to sign in.

What happens next

  • We check that the request matches the account (sign-in mobile number, school name and membership number).
  • If we need to confirm, we call or message the mobile number you give here.
  • Your account, school profile and membership are removed, normally within 30 days. Your membership card stops working.
  • Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example receipts and audit records), and are then deleted on schedule.
